Our Process

Customers who want to get a custom cellar designed, need to drop us a mail or call us to discuss their project.
Once we have all the details, our team will pay a visit to the customer. During the visit, the team will examine potential wine cellar sites and brief the customer on the benefits and limitations of each site.
The next step involves discussing different considerations including flooring, glass shelves, and doors with the customer. If the customer is interested in moving forward, we provide a proposed design.
Once the customer finalizes a design, we start working on it and deliver racking within six weeks.
